Week 1

As this week's lesson was focusing more of the pattern, texture, shading, line, and composition of a building, I decided to stick with two-dimensional sketches and drawings and accentuated more of the pattern and texture of the building by using shading techniques and color combination

This drawing is inspired from a part of area in Siteworks. As I was doing my intensive day there, I was suddenly captivated by this small area and decided to sketch it. #Siteworks#texture#brick

This building is also located in Bowens Lane. Its structure is mostly consist of glass and metal and therefore giving a modern and contemporary look to the building. For this sketch, I decided to use pencil shading to accentuate more of its texture and materiality. #buiding#structure#glass#metal#shading
